仕事内容
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a critical role in driving our success by supporting Partner Sales. Your responsibilities include assisting in the success of our partners within your region and building propositions based on ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with them. This role demands a blend of hands-on technical expertise and consultative engagement, requiring you to deeply understand and deliver solutions during sales cycles. You will develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions while working towards achieving both quarterly and annual sales goals for your designated territory.
Your key tasks include supporting product sales as a technical and domain specialist for a client-facing sales team. You will lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate products that address those challenges. Additionally, you'll respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues. Sharing and learning best practices with fellow Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency is also expected.
Moreover, you will provide valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can better meet customer needs and deliver additional value. Staying updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation will be crucial. You'll also support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
To thrive in this role, fluency in Japanese and some English, authorization to work in Japan, and over 10 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Software, such as Database, ERP, or CRM, are required. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions is essential. Collaborative experience with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services, as well as territory management skills and necessary travel, are expected.
