仕事内容
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, we are responsible for significantly impacting our organization's success through support of solution sales in the areas of Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. Our role involves guiding revenue for specific products in collaboration with the Sales, Product Management, and executive teams. Operating as hands-on technical consultants, we develop and position product-specific solutions throughout sales cycles, working to achieve both quarterly and annual sales goals within our assigned territories.
Our day-to-day tasks include supporting product sales as domain experts within client-facing sales teams. We conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate how our solutions align with their needs. Additionally, we respond to technical and product feature inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues at ServiceNow. An important part of our responsibility is providing feedback to product management for potential product enhancements that could offer added value to our customers.
We share best practices and reusable resources with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and quality. Staying informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation is crucial, and we also support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows. To excel in this role, we leverage our extensive experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, and cloud software solutions expertise. Additionally, effective territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence in collaboration with sales counterparts, are essential.
