仕事内容
As a Solution Consultant on our Solution Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the solution sales of Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX products. You will guide revenue by working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to advance sales cycles. Your role is primarily hands-on, involving technical consulting where you are expected to excel in both the delivery and positioning of solutions. Key activities include developing and presenting tailored product solutions, leading discovery workshops, and dealing with customer-specific challenges. You will be responsible for answering technical and feature questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues, providing valuable feedback to product management for potential enhancements, and sharing best practices with fellow Solution Consultants. Additionally, your role involves supporting marketing activities such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows. Success in this position requires over seven years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar cloud software, and strong territory management skills. Collaboration with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services is also crucial, alongside a readiness to travel when necessary.
