仕事内容
In this role, we focus on providing Customer Advisory services by engaging with executives to shape custom digital transformation initiatives, aligned with industry standards, for selected clients. We lead discovery workshops to understand the objectives and challenges of both current and prospective customer leadership teams. Our task is to document insights and propose solutions that align with client goals, present these in high-quality deliverables, and create strategic agreements, multi-year roadmaps, and complete business cases to support actionable decisions. We provide both individual and group consultation settings to communicate and guide our approach.
Additionally, we assist in shaping sales and customer success strategies by collaborating on account planning and strategy determination in the region, offering our expertise to prioritize accounts and strategies. We ensure comprehensive lifecycle business outcome and value realization advice.
Our role also involves thought leadership by spearheading the creation of new intellectual property like best practices, white papers, and workshops. We strive to improve existing methods and frameworks and equip ServiceNow teams with business consulting approaches to enhance sales strategies.
To be successful, fluency in Japanese and English is required, as well as more than a decade of relevant experience as a management consultant or a customer-facing strategy manager with exposure to cloud technologies and digital transformation projects. We value building C-Level relationships and communicating complex issues clearly to a diverse audience, along with public speaking and facilitation skills.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Must be fluent in Japanese and English; Must be already authorized to work in Japan; 10+ years of relevant experience as a Management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor. - **望ましい経験**: Executive / leadership experience working on digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments preferred; Experience in a major industry (such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is preferred; Experience developing C-Level relationships with an ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to an audience; Experience with public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding. |
