仕事内容
As a member of our Specialist Solution Consulting team, you will serve as a skilled technical expert supporting customers through product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements. You will use advanced technical pre-sales solution consulting techniques to communicate the capabilities, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the ServiceNow SaaS platform. Key responsibilities include engaging hands-on as a technical consultant to deliver and position solutions while meeting quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory. You will support solution sales teams by qualifying customer needs through discovery, participate across the sales lifecycle for acquiring new customers, and provide mentoring and training to peers and partners.
Additionally, you will demonstrate both standard and customized product features to prospects and existing customers. You will be responsible for generating product demo scripts and scenarios, maintaining demonstration environments, and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects. Responding to Requests for Information/Proposal documents is also part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on product developments/releases, supporting marketing events such as user conferences and trade shows, and understanding competitive analyses will be necessary to maintain your expertise. Serving as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events will also be expected.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience integrating AI into work processes, be fluent in Japanese, and possess at least two years of pre-sales solution consulting experience or sales engineering experience in the customer service, field service, or CRM software industry. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar cloud software solutions is important, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
