仕事内容
In this role, as a Solution Consultant, we focus on providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles to meet our quarterly and annual sales targets in an assigned territory. We serve as technical and domain experts within a client-facing sales team, assisting in product sales. This involves leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and providing product demonstrations to align our solutions with customer needs. Additionally, we respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues, while providing feedback to product management on potential product enhancements.
We also share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency. Staying updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation is essential, as well as supporting marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.
Key qualifications for success in this role include over seven years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, or expertise with cloud software solutions. We must be adept at collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services, and possess territory management skills, including pipeline building and guiding execution in partnership with sales counterparts. Travel may be required as part of this role.
