仕事内容
In this role, we work closely with country, regional, and global marketing leadership to design and execute a field marketing plan that aligns with sales goals and expands our customer base. We engage in thorough research to recommend and implement targeted marketing strategies that integrate corporate programs and activities, ensuring effective two-way communication with sales and marketing leadership, corporate, vertical marketing, and field sales teams. Our responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of marketing plans while adhering to messaging and standards.
We also forecast, evaluate, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and their return on investment. Collaborating with Inside Sales, we track lead follow-up and conversion to ensure field marketing activities are aligned with lead generation efforts. Our role involves developing marketing strategies and collateral that emphasize the unique benefits of ServiceNow, coordinating product launches, and managing internal and external communications.
Furthermore, we support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, collaborating with the Global ABM Center of Excellence (CoE) to plan and execute marketing activities. We engage in speaking opportunities at seminars, webinars, and third-party events. Our required experience includes integrating AI into workflows and decision-making, significant field marketing experience, and a robust ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
We are expected to possess excellent project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in BI tools, marketing automation, and CRM systems is essential, alongside strong communication skills in both Japanese and English. We thrive in dynamic environments and are driven by a passion for our products and their transformative potential.
