仕事内容
In this role, we are responsible for managing and exceeding support KPIs and critical technical support metrics, such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), time to resolution (TTR), and backlogs. We lead in hiring, developing, and building a technical team, overseeing and participating in change management as it relates to customer support. Leading by example, we cultivate and maintain a teamwork-oriented and collaborative culture. We handle customer escalations, work with various teams across support, development, and operations to resolve issues, and drive daily incident management from detection to resolution, enhancing customer experiences. Additionally, we represent the platform, product, and company effectively with customers and manage major operational outages and communications. Our role includes evaluating current processes, technology, and organizational skills to identify improvement areas and opportunities for advancement. We maintain a flexible work style, sometimes participating in weekend and holiday on-call rotations, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values through leadership.
