仕事内容
As Senior Technical Consultants in the Customer Outcomes team, we are responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform, specifically focusing on the Customer Workflow, to ensure that it aligns with leading practices and successfully meets customer objectives. Our responsibilities include participating in workshops with clients to evaluate their current processes and define future-state processes. We design and implement ServiceNow Customer Workflow solutions with a technical architecture that ensures long-term success while adhering to ServiceNow's technical standards and best practices.
We oversee and conduct unit testing on code developed by partners or client employees and provide advisement to customers on optimizing the use of the ServiceNow Platform to enhance their business processes. This involves guiding customers in the completion of necessary documentation like business requirement workbooks focused on the solution's technical aspects. Additionally, we gather feedback from customer interactions to inform product development improvements.
To maintain our effectiveness, maintaining skills and certifications specifically for Customer Workflow is essential. This role requires fluency in Japanese, authorization to work in Japan, and may involve up to 20% travel, depending on project needs. Along with significant expertise in the relevant industry domain, successful candidates will have experience working collaboratively and independently driving complex issues towards resolution.
