仕事内容

We are focused on accelerating and scaling the growth of our Google Cloud business with a special emphasis on enterprise customers in Japan. Our responsibilities include creating and executing a comprehensive sales plan in collaboration with ServiceNow Japan's leadership to drive growth and achieve sales quotas. We build strong, multi-tiered relationships with customers, extending from business unit teams to the CxO level. Part of our role is to collaborate with ServiceNow solution teams to deliver solutions that align with the customer's strategic goals and to manage relationships between ServiceNow, Google Cloud, and executive-level clients. Additionally, we advocate for the joint innovation between ServiceNow and Google Cloud and negotiate complex multi-million-dollar contracts to enhance ServiceNow's presence on Google Cloud year over year.

Our job entails building mindshare within Google Cloud field sales leadership and account teams, developing roadmaps to facilitate an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring customer-centric deliverables. We also engage in strategic projects aimed at optimizing hyperscaler adoption across ServiceNow, which includes oversight in operations, finance, reporting, enablement, and deal desks. Our responsibilities extend to weekly pipeline reporting, updating progress, securing customer references, and coordinating deal registration. We collaborate with marketing teams to plan events that promote public customer references and enhance customer engagement, including representation at significant events. This role demands high energy, passion, and a capacity to comfortably navigate ambiguity while strategically positioning ServiceNow in the marketplace.

- 10+ years of experience in large client management, and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
- 5+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
- Ability to understand broad, macro-level business and IT needs for the largest, most well-known brands in the world

- **望ましい経験**:
- Background experience from a career working at ServiceNow and/or Google Cloud
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets by 150% or greater
- Good understanding of hyperscaler co-sell sales motion and marketplace.
- Strong and proven track record of successful Senior Executive and C-level executive engagement
- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
- Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace
- Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrates use of critical thinking techniques.
- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills in English and Japanese.
- Experience leading virtual and matrixed teams
- ServiceNow platform and Google Cloud training a plus (not required)
