Job Description
What you get to do in this role:



Collaborate with field facing pre-sales and post-sales team in Japan on making key accounts and projects successful in their adoption of the ServiceNow products and platform
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure the specific needs of our Japanese market timely in the roadmaps and execution our platform and products
Implement or prototype solutions to the technical challenges specific to the Japan region
Accelerate the technical transfer of information between the R&D and the local team and partners ecosystems, in collaboration with training, field and partner organizations

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critical thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
7+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of delivering high-quality products or solutions
Expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to its AI capabilities
A marked interest in and understanding of the Japanese business environment, enterprise software culture
Outstanding ability to discover code and architecture rapidly, for sanity review and/or troubleshooting
Excellent cross functional stakeholder management skill
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript or languages similar to them
Full professional fluency in Japanese and English to support cross-functional engineering collaboration with global stakeholders.
