仕事内容
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Practice Lead to spearhead the development and expansion of our Guidewire capabilities in Japan. The role involves several key responsibilities that include leading and growing the Guidewire practice, supporting business development opportunities, and ensuring effective governance and delivery of our Guidewire solutions. You will provide expert guidance on claims, policy, billing, and other insurance-related areas, collaborating with both local and global teams to establish delivery approaches and governance protocols.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting project mobilization by overseeing staffing, mentoring team members, and facilitating knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will contribute to proposal activities, engage in client discussions, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Guidewire implementation or insurance transformation projects, familiarity with modules such as ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter, and a solid understanding of P&C insurance processes.
Leadership experience in managing teams, programs, or transformational initiatives is essential, as are exceptional consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. The ability to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders and work collaboratively with global teams is vital, requiring business-level proficiency in Japanese and/or English. While not mandatory, a Guidewire certification would be considered advantageous.
