仕事内容

We are responsible for designing, deploying, and operationalising machine learning solutions on Google Cloud, specifically focusing on Vertex AI. Our main duties include constructing end-to-end MLOps pipelines that cover data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment. We build and manage automated workflows using Vertex AI Pipelines and handle the deployment of models through Vertex AI Model Registry, Endpoints, and Batch Prediction services. We perform feature engineering using Vertex AI Feature Store and develop integrations with other Google Cloud Platform services like BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.

Our role involves managing the infrastructure for machine learning workloads with Terraform, ensuring consistent and version-controlled environments. We configure IAM policies to secure Vertex AI workloads, focusing on service account governance and VPC Service Controls. In leading cloud delivery activities, we engage in sprint planning, release management, environment promotion, and communication with stakeholders. A critical part of our responsibility is to establish model monitoring using Vertex AI Model Monitoring for detecting data drift and skew.

Collaboration with data scientists is key to containerising experiments and promoting models across development, staging, and production environments. We also drive the adoption of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to serve models that require custom inference infrastructure. Our work requires strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Additionally, we apply Terraform expertise for provisioning associated infrastructures, ensuring secure and efficient ML pipeline execution.

その他	- 応募要件: 4+ years of experience with GCP, including 2+ years hands-on with Vertex AI. Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience building Vertex AI Pipelines and managing model lifecycle in Vertex AI Model Registry. Solid Terraform skills for provisioning Vertex AI, GCS, BigQuery, and associated infrastructure. Good understanding of GCP IAM, particularly for securing ML pipelines and data access. Experience with GCP-native development patterns and event-driven architectures. Demonstrated cloud delivery experience including planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and GKE for model serving. - 望ましい経験: Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification. Experience with LLM fine-tuning, Vertex AI Generative AI Studio, or Model Garden. Familiarity with Feast, Tecton, or similar feature stores. Experience with Ansible for environment configuration and automation. Background in DataOps or platform engineering for data-intensive workloads.
