仕事内容
We are tasked with leading digital transformation initiatives and executing global IT strategies for clients in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, and life sciences. Our role involves engaging with executive stakeholders to design and drive comprehensive transformation programs. We manage and lead consulting teams to deliver significant impact and results for our clients. Our key responsibilities include developing and executing enterprise transformation strategies by leveraging digital technologies and designing and managing global IT organizations and infrastructure implementation projects.
We propose and implement advanced initiatives like smart factories, IoT/IoS, and post-merger integration (PMI) while building long-term client relationships and expanding strategic accounts. Our services encompass consulting for business model design, business process reengineering, and system architecture planning, along with change management. Additionally, we provide IT implementation, development, and testing support using onshore/offshore models, and support IT operations to optimize cost, scalability, and risk mitigation.
Typical project examples we handle include strategic planning for IT cost optimization in manufacturing, designing global IT HQ functions and selecting strategic locations during organizational restructuring, and standardizing business processes with system implementation in equipment and materials domains. Candidates for this role must have proven experience as IT business consultants, leading transformation initiatives at the managerial level, especially in consulting or SIer environments. A background in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities, or life sciences industries is crucial, along with native-level Japanese and business-level English language proficiencies.

For candidates with consulting firm or SIer experience: Proven experience in business process improvement and IT system implementation consulting at a consulting firm or SIer. Experience working with clients in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities, and life science sector. For candidates without consulting experience: Business experience in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities, or life sciences industries (especially in areas such as manufacturing processes, supply chain management, or production control). Experience in global business environments. Language: Native-level Japanese (Speaking, Writing, Reading). Business level English. - **望ましい経験**: Experience in SAP (ERP) implementation projects, including business process improvement (especially in MM, PP, or SD modules). Strong English communication skills (to collaborate effectively in a global consulting environment). Experience in the utilities industry (especially electric power) is a plus. |
