仕事内容
As a Delivery Lead, we are responsible for facilitating successful project delivery that meets both contractual obligations and client expectations, primarily within the Insurance Practice. Our role involves closely monitoring project progress, ensuring quality, managing financials, maintaining customer satisfaction, and addressing risks and issues. We proactively collaborate with project managers and stakeholders from both Capgemini and the client side to mitigate challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
We provide guidance and influence project managers, team members, and clients to achieve successful project outcomes. This includes offering technical advice, sharing business knowledge, or providing management insights when necessary. We are also tasked with suggesting and negotiating changes in project scope, contractual terms, resource allocation, and setting achievable project goals.
Maintaining and expanding effective communication and strong relationships with client stakeholders is crucial to our role. We work alongside the Insurance Practice to promote new project proposals and enhance communications, particularly between offshore teams and clients. Furthermore, our collaboration with the Sales team is essential in exploring potential business opportunities within client organizations and fostering senior executive relationships between Capgemini and the client.
To expand our business, we establish and follow account plans, coordinating strategies and account plans with different regions, while exchanging information with practice and sales members globally. It's our responsibility to monitor Head Office strategies to help other regions secure global mandates. Additionally, we provide continuous reports to Delivery Executive and CG Japan management on account and project statuses while proposing ideas for improving delivery and expanding business opportunities.
The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in system development and implementation leadership within the Insurance sector, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Japanese and English, and a track record of creating solutions in global teams involving offshore development engagements.
