仕事内容
As a Business Consultant focused on insurance-related projects in the life and non-life insurance sectors, our primary responsibility is to support clients in various key areas, including project management, strategy development, and project execution planning. Our work involves comprehensive account management and oversight of projects, ensuring that all aspects such as schedule, issue, and risk management are meticulously handled. Effective communication and reporting to steering committees are essential components of our role, as they help align project goals with client expectations and maintain transparency throughout the project life cycle.
In addition, we are responsible for developing project strategies and execution plans, which encompass proof of concept, requirements definition, testing, migration, and training phases. A crucial part of our duties involves liaising with clients as well as collaboration with our overseas offices to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with global standards.
To excel in this role, a minimum of one year of experience in system-related projects, either in development or within a Project Management Office (PMO), is necessary. Furthermore, we are expected to have the capability to prepare management-level reports and presentation materials, effectively communicate in English with overseas stakeholders at the managerial level and above, and manage projects that involve three or more team members. Experience initiating or launching projects is also highly regarded.
Preferred qualifications include having end-to-end experience in managing system development projects from the requirements definition phase through testing, migration, and production release, especially in large-scale endeavors with over 50 stakeholders. Proficiency in facilitating meetings and conducting workshops in English, as well as experience within insurance operations or projects, will significantly enhance our effectiveness as consultants in this domain.
