Job DescriptionRole PurposeDesign and govern IT infrastructure solutions across on-premise, hybrid, and public cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Requires strong technical expertise and bilingual communication skills to collaborate effectively with global and local stakeholders.Key Responsibilities· Architecture design and governance for compute, storage, and network.· Cloud and hybrid solution architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).· Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).· Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives.· Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, DR, and capacity planning.· Communicate architecture decisions in English and Japanese.Required Skills & Experience· VMware, Citrix, Windows/Linux servers, networking.· Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps practices.· Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and business-level English.· Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, ITIL.KPIs and Performance Metrics· Architecture Delivery: % of projects delivered with approved architecture standards; Average time to produce HLD and LLD.· Cloud Adoption & Migration: Number of successful cloud migrations completed per quarter; Reduction in on-premise infrastructure footprint (%).· Operational Efficiency: Uptime and availability of designed infrastructure (target: 99.9%+); Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) for critical incidents.· Cost Optimization: % reduction in infrastructure costs through optimization initiatives; Budget adherence for infrastructure projects.· Compliance & Security: Zero major audit findings related to infrastructure; % of systems compliant with security and regulatory standards.· Stakeholder Satisfaction: Client satisfaction score (CSAT) for architecture engagements; Internal stakeholder feedback rating (target: 4.5/5).· Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Number of automation initiatives implemented (IaC, CI/CD); Contribution to enterprise architecture forums and best practices.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
