Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:- Lead small to medium team for mainframe modernization consulting and delivery for mainframe cloud migration delivery.- Analyse mainframe system functionals, data sets, interface and test scenarios.- Provide mainframe system expertise for solution and project management.Requirements and Qualifications:- 10+ years Mainframe/COBOL development, solution design and Mainframe application relevent tech roles.- Understand/experienced one or few of following technologies : CICS, JCL, A-Auto, ASPOOL, MQ, HULFT, SQL.Nice to have:- 5+ years on Open COBOL (Microfocus, Cobol2002 etc) application devleopment, solution design and/or transformation experiences.Language requirements:Japanese: Native level / JLPT N1English: Business levelCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
