Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. 職務内容製造系で特にユーティリティクライアントを対象とした業務改善（DX含む)のビジネスコンサルタントを募集しております。役職はシニアコンサルタント、マネージャー、シニアマネージャーが対象です。クライアントの経営課題解決に向け、特にエネルギー管理・調達・輸送等の業務課題に関して、業務プロセス改善戦略策定・基本構想の確立～システム開発/定着化までを各課題に応じたコンサルティングを実施して頂きます。顧客のビジネス課題を分析し、課題解決のために戦略構想策定から各種ソリューションの提案、実装まで見ていくグローバル規模でEnd to endのサービスを提供できるコンサルティングサービスを強みとして、クライアントに提案しプロジェクトをリードしていただきます。SAPシステム導入時の構想策定・業務要件定義フェーズからシステム導入、テスト・移行支援まで、改善内容の実現・定着までをサポートします新しいデジタル経済のパワーを活用し、企業を勝利へと導く戦略を設計当社の優位性である先進的デジタル技術、情報、事業変革に関する知識と経験を通じ、企業にとっての価値創出と成果達成を支援Job DescriptionWe are looking for a business consultant for business improvement (including DX), especially for utility clients in the manufacturing sector.Positions are available for senior consultants, managers, and senior managers.In order to solve clients' business issues, especially regarding business issues in energy management, procurement, transportation, etc., you will provide consulting services from formulation of business process improvement strategies and establishment of basic concepts to system development/establishment according to each issue.The consulting service is a global-scale end-to-end service that analyzes the client's business issues, develops a strategy concept to solve the issues, proposes various solutions, and implements the solutions.We provide support from the conceptualization and business requirement definition phases of SAP system implementation to system implementation, testing, and migration support, as well as support for the realization and implementation of improvements.Design strategies that leverage the power of the new digital economy and lead the company to victory.Our knowledge and experience in advanced digital technology, information, and business transformation is our advantage to create value for our clients and help them achieve results.応募要件コンサルティング経験者業務改善、システム導入に関する構想／要件定義／Fit&Gap分析／開発／導入／展開の一連のプロセス経験主流となるPackage・ITサービスに関する下記の知識、実績製品概要、機能・仕様など。 特にSAP全般についてご存知であれば望ましい。例：MM、PP、SCなど海外オフィスネイティブメンバとの協業経験(コンサルファームにてManagerレベル以上の方であれば、営業経験もMissionに含まれ、クライアントとの交渉経験豊富な人材）言語力日本語：ネイティブ英語：ビジネス上級レベル（オフショアメンバとの調整・交渉等も発生します）志向性／人物像好奇心が尽きることなく、常に新しいこと（ビジネス・IT）に目を向けている曖昧さを無限のチャンスと捉え、独創的なアイデアを考えることが好きコミットメント意識が高く、逆境下においても、明るく前向きに最後までやり抜くことが出来る論理的思考、仮説検証思考に基づき、情報整理、活用、問題解決に向けた提案が出来る柔軟性があり、状況や相手の思いに応じた行動・コミュニケーションが出来る方強いリーダーシップを発揮し、チームビルディングが出来る方多様な文化のチームに属することに魅力を感じる方大規模（世界で36万人）なグローバルファームでありながら、日本ではまだベンチャーのような組織、環境に面白みを感じられる方Requirements / ExperienceConsulting experienceExperience in a series of processes related to business improvement and system implementation, including conception, requirement definition, Fit & Gap analysis, development, implementation, and deploymentKnowledge and experience in the following areas related to mainstream Package/IT servicesProduct overview, functions and specifications. Knowledge of SAP in general is desirable.
