仕事内容
We are seeking experienced professionals with 8 to 10+ years of expertise in data modeling, specifically in conceptual, logical, and physical data models. The role involves designing dimensional models, constructing fact and dimension tables essential for analytics and reporting, and ensuring these models align with business requirements and reporting needs. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines, requiring strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation frameworks. Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data platforms, including cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT tools, and both batch and streaming pipelines, is highly preferred. Additionally, you must be capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
Located preferably in Osaka, with Tokyo as an alternative if you are willing to engage closely with Osaka-based stakeholders, the role requires fluency in Japanese and business-level English, both spoken and written. Effective communication with local business users, offshore teams, and global stakeholders is essential.
