仕事内容

Your main responsibility is to help leading organizations harness technology, fostering sustainable and inclusive growth. The role involves collaboration with users and project teams to understand and shape requirements and expectations. You will analyze business requirements, designing and implementing scalable and robust data pipelines using Scala, Spark, or Java to process vast amounts of data. You will also create reusable frameworks for data ingestion, validation, normalization, and transformation, and automate testing and continuous integration/deployment. Providing technical support for incident recovery is another key aspect of the role.
You should have 3 to 6 years of experience as a developer or data engineer, with strong skills in programming languages such as Scala, Java, or Python. A deep understanding of distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark, as well as Azure cloud technologies, is essential. Proficiency in Oracle databases, MS-SQL Server, Linux, networking, and tools like SQL, shell scripting, git, and CI/CD tools is required. Understanding REST APIs, NoSQL databases, micro-services, ETL tools, and streaming data processing can be advantageous. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong learning ability, are crucial. As a team player, you should be capable of articulating technical details to non-developers and be eager to explore new technologies. Fluency in business-level English is necessary, and Japanese proficiency is optional.
