Job DescriptionRole OverviewCapgemini Japan is looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support internal communications and marketing activities. This role focuses on executing communication initiatives, supporting campaigns, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of internal communication initiatives, including emails, newsletters, intranet content, and presentationsCoordinate internal events and employee engagement activitiesAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaignsCreate and manage content across digital channels such as web and social mediaEnsure consistency in messaging and branding across all communicationsWork closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, and business units) to support communication needsSupport project coordination and track progress of key initiativesRequirements3–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related fieldExperience in a Japanese corporate environment preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and coordination skillsBasic understanding of digital tools and platformsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesLanguage RequirementsNative-level JapaneseBusiness-level EnglishCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
