Job DescriptionDesign and implement SAP Datasphere architecture integrating SAP and non‑SAP data sourcesDefine spaces, connectivity, federation, and replication patternsBuild a governed semantic layer and reusable data products for analytics and SACEstablish standards for modeling, naming, security, lineage, and monitoringOptimize platform performance and scalability for enterprise reportingLead build, test, cutover, and go‑live activitiesEnsure operational handover with documentation and knowledge transferJob Description - Grade SpecificRequired Qualifications & Experience6–10+ years of experience in data architecture or data platform delivery rolesStrong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)Proven experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources in enterprise landscapesSolid understanding of analytical modeling, semantic layers, and data consumption patternsExperience supporting production operations, performance tuning, and platform governanceLanguage & Communication SkillsNative-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to haveStrong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholdersPreferred SkillsExperience working in retail or consumer-facing industriesFamiliarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) consumption patternsExposure to SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CAR, and legacy DWH environmentsExperience working in large-scale, SI-led or multi-vendor transformation programsCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
