仕事内容

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud engineering programmes on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will manage and oversee all technical aspects of GCP cloud programmes from initiation to go-live and hypercare. This includes leading cross-functional teams comprising cloud engineers, IAM specialists, GKE administrators, and ML engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will be responsible for managing programme roadmaps, delivery plans, and RAID logs, as well as providing stakeholder reporting at both executive and operational levels.

Furthermore, you will drive Agile/Scrum delivery ceremonies, ensuring teams maintain both velocity and quality. Providing technical oversight across workstreams like IAM governance, GKE platforms, Vertex AI, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible is a critical component of this role. You will facilitate the resolution of technical blockers, coordinate release planning, and manage relationships with GCP account teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for cloud delivery programmes, embedding DevSecOps practices into teams and championing process improvement. To support pre-sales and solution scoping activities, you will contribute to technical proposals and effort estimation, driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and team capabilities.

その他- **応募要件**: 6+ years of technology delivery experience, with at least 3 years managing GCP cloud delivery programmesSolid technical background spanning GCP services, Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CDDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams of 8+ engineers in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of GCP IAM, security principles, and compliance requirements in cloud delivery contextsExperience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks and associated tooling (Jira, Confluence)Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesUnderstanding of cloud financial management, cost optimisation, and budgetary governanceFamiliarity with Vertex AI and ML delivery pipelines at an oversight level
