仕事内容

We are tasked with developing and maintaining full stack applications as part of a strategic aviation industry transformation initiative. Our primary focus is on building cloud-native applications using AWS-based solutions to integrate operational data sources. This will enable data-driven insights and event-based notifications for airport personnel and internal business users. We will work collaboratively within a multicultural team that specializes in cloud technologies, application development, data platforms, and modernizing business processes.

In our role, we will engage in the entire software development lifecycle, creating both frontend and backend components. Key technologies include modern frontend frameworks like React and backend technologies such as Java or Node.js. We will also design, deploy, and optimize AWS services like EKS, Lambda, S3, and RDS to ensure that our applications are scalable, performant, secure, and reliable. An integral part of our duties will be the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient software delivery.

As part of the project, we will also have hands-on involvement in both application development and defining AWS cloud architecture. We will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that the solutions we develop meet business needs and contribute to the digital transformation efforts within the aviation sector. By working in both English and Japanese in a global delivery model, we will enhance our collaborative efforts on broad-reaching enterprise transformation programs.

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong full stack development expertise
• Hands-on experience with React and Java or Node.js application development
• Strong AWS experience, including services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, and RDS
• English: Advanced Business level (Able to independently handle meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders)
• Japanese: Basic Business level (Able to manage basic business communication and simple exchanges with the support of translation tools)

• DevOps automation and Infrastructure as Code experience
