■Project Introduction
The customer loyalty and web portal modernization initiative provides architectural consulting, requirement support, external design support, development planning, and quality engineering initiatives. AI-assisted development tools and AI-based quality engineering accelerators are being evaluated for productivity improvements. The project aims to modernize the loyalty experience and improve maintainability. It enhances customer engagement and digital loyalty services.

■Job Responsibilities
Core Technical Responsibilities
• System Architecture & Design: Owns high-level system design, sets technical vision, and makes key architectural decisions.
• Code Quality & Standards: Enforces best practices, conducts code reviews, and oversees automated testing.
• Hands-on Coding: Maintains active involvement in the codebase, typically spending a portion of time writing code or handling complex modules.
• Technical Debt & Risk Management: Identifies technical bottlenecks, plans refactoring, and mitigates project risks.

Project & Execution Responsibilities
• Work Breakdown & Planning: Translates product requirements into technical tasks, estimates timelines, and writes developer tickets.
• Blocker Removal: Unblocks engineers by resolving technical hurdles and clarifying acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Team Communication: Acts as a communication bridge, explaining complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and product owners.

■Minimum Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x/AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience in Dispatcher tuning and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Foundation in HTML5, semantic CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• AEM Architecture & Storage: Understanding the Java Content Repository (JCR), CRX/DE, CRXDE Lite, and the Author-Publish environment layout.
• Version Control: Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Japanese: Fluent (Able to accurately and effectively communicate complex business topics, both verbally and in writing.)
