仕事内容
We are looking to provide comprehensive IT, IoT, EAM, and APM solutions for the digital transformation and asset management of large Japanese manufacturing companies expanding their global operations. Our team will play a crucial role in discussions with key stakeholders to understand requirements, collaborating with the global team to design solutions, and supporting their development and deployment at manufacturing sites. Additionally, we will offer training on these solutions to key system users.
In our responsibilities, we will lead functional design and provide coordination from an asset, work planning, and performance management perspective. Our role involves working with application teams to prepare and review functional design documents, identifying and addressing gaps by coordinating with the business team, and developing solution designs through workshops with cross-functional teams.
This position offers a competitive advantage by highlighting our global capabilities, providing clients comfort by dealing with local representatives, and enabling our global team to understand local customer needs better. As part of career advancement potential, candidates may move into global roles handling projects across the US, EU, and APAC, or lead accounts within Japan, driving further digital transformation initiatives.
Candidates should be adept at gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications, analyzing and recommending best practices, creating detailed documentation, troubleshooting, and resolving testing phase defects, and being proficient in APM tools. Experience in oil exploration and refining domains, alongside strong communication and presentation skills, is essential. Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English is also required.
