仕事内容
We are responsible for delivering comprehensive IT, IoT, EAM, and APM solutions aimed at facilitating the digital transformation and asset management of large manufacturing clients, primarily based in Japan. Our work involves engaging with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, collaborating with global teams to design suitable solutions, and assisting in the development and deployment of these solutions at manufacturing sites. Training key users on the new systems forms an integral part of our responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include conducting functional and technical workshops with both business subject matter experts and IT stakeholders, and offering cost-effective solution designs that integrate on-premises and cloud products. We deliver solution designs while ensuring adherence to cybersecurity architecture, design patterns, and conducting cyber risk assessments. Additionally, we review existing solutions, provide best practices based on prior experiences, and develop proofs of concept for new business and functional requirements. Understanding risks, dependencies, and assumptions is critical in our system design process. Our design and development extend to areas like asset performance management, application integration, data warehousing, and business process automation, particularly for oil companies. Managing organizational relationships at multiple levels and utilizing project management methodologies are essential to our operations.
This position offers a strategic advantage by showcasing our global capabilities and fostering comfort for clients through local engagement. Those in this role will have opportunities to engage in global projects and lead accounts in Japan, advancing digital transformation initiatives.
