仕事内容
We provide end-to-end IT, IoT, EAM, and APM solutions to support the digital transformation and asset management of manufacturing sectors. Our projects involve collaborating with large Japan-based manufacturing companies that are undertaking digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging with key stakeholders to understand requirements, working with a global team to design and implement solutions, and training key users on the system.
In this role, you will manage programs, stakeholders, risks, teams, schedules, and activities, specifically focusing on large IT program transformations. The position offers a competitive edge by showcasing our global capabilities, providing comfort to local customers through personal interaction, and fostering learning within the global team about local customer needs.
Career advancement opportunities include taking on global roles across US, EU, and APAC projects, as well as leading digital transformation efforts within Japan. Ideal candidates will have deep industry knowledge (e.g., Oil & Gas, Chemical, Fertilizer), a strong grasp of project management methods including Agile and Waterfall, exposure to IoT digital transformations, and be skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation in both English and Japanese. A background in core engineering disciplines and familiarity with MIS reports and data analysis is also beneficial.
