仕事内容
We are actively seeking a Brake and Chassis Development Engineer who will be pivotal in the design, development, and validation of vehicle dynamics, brake systems, and chassis components. This role requires close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure the successful integration of advanced vehicle dynamics control systems, with a strong emphasis on safety and performance. You will engage in system design and control development, ensuring tasks are executed flawlessly to enhance the quality of our deliverables.
Key responsibilities include supporting the development of vehicle dynamics and brake control components, conducting analysis and design of vehicle dynamics, brakes, chassis systems, and maintaining both existing and new vehicle models. You will also handle the creation and testing of MILS environments, establish and manage the HILS bench, and contribute to functional safety and cybersecurity support. Furthermore, you will partake in market research on brake and chassis features and lead advanced engineering projects in 4WD systems and e-suspension.
This role offers exposure to valuable knowledge areas, including MATLAB, Simulink, model-based design, and vehicle dynamics in control algorithm design. You'll gain experience with Model-in-the-Loop testing, competitor benchmarking, and CAN network applications. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years in the automotive industry, experience in brake-related parts development, system design, and control, alongside skills in automotive electronics and in-vehicle network communications. Fluency in both Japanese and English is required, and an ability to work collaboratively with strong problem-solving skills is highly advantageous.
