仕事内容
We are actively seeking a Bilingual ADAS/Sensor Project Management and Process Improvement Expert Consultant to play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating projects within the Autonomous Driving (AD) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) sector. The position entails close collaboration with OEMs, Japanese and foreign suppliers, and vendors to efficiently manage project timelines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and oversee the smooth execution of software validation and ECU deployment projects. Key responsibilities include managing task schedules and timelines, creating and facilitating meetings, documenting actions and meeting notes, and developing comprehensive project execution plans. The role also involves devising backup and recovery strategies while defining milestones, resources, and budgets. Furthermore, as part of our commitment to optimizing processes, you will be tasked with visualizing processes that align with OEM and industry standards and collaborate intensively with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and vendors. The role demands regular project progress reporting, action item management, and effective stakeholder communication, ensuring project documentation is up-to-date and stakeholder concerns are addressed promptly. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential, alongside substantial project management experience in the ADAS and automotive domains. Additionally, familiarity with SDLC, software verification, validation, and industry methodologies will be advantageous. Through this position, you will gain hands-on experience in next-generation ADAS technologies and insight into the operational strategies of leading industry players.
