仕事内容
We are seeking a bilingual ADAS Project Leader/Design Engineer to join our team responsible for the design, development, and validation of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) for a leading Japanese OEM. This role provides an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in vehicle autonomy, ranging from Level 1 to Level 3, and involves significant interaction with customers and coordination with Tier-1 suppliers. Key responsibilities include creating and managing specifications for ADAS ECUs, supporting functional development and validation, and providing customer support. You'll also need to identify system gaps, propose innovative ideas, and transform them into actionable business proposals. Additionally, you'll coordinate offshore and on-site teams and manage development programs.
In this role, you'll delve into simulations and real-vehicle testing to ensure system reliability and performance. Responsibilities extend to communication and diagnostic testing, creating and verifying MILS environments, and managing HILS benches. You will define interface and functional requirements for ADAS systems, support root cause analysis of market defects, and tune feature parameters. Your expertise will contribute to model-based development of ADAS functionalities and support functional safety and cybersecurity documentation and analysis. You will also engage in NCAP-related activities, including studying protocols, designing test scenarios, and conducting validations, while ensuring compliance with radio certification regulations. This position offers deep exposure in ADAS functionalities, communication systems, and functional testing, enhancing your experience within the automotive industry.

| その他 | - 応募要件: ■Minimum qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry • Experience in ADAS system design/specification analysis, control design, and validation • Proficiency in functional testing and validation of ADAS ECUs • Hands-on experience with dSPACE ControlDesk, dSPACE HILS, IPG Carmaker, and CANoe/CANalyzer • Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and environment model development • Basic knowledge of Embedded C programming • Project management experience related to ADAS vehicle model development (e.g., schedule management, vehicle modifications, coordination with other departments) Languages: - Japanese: Business level - English: Business level - 望ましい経験: ■ Nice to have skills: • Understanding of in-vehicle networks, communication protocols (CAN, diagnostics) • Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Effective client-facing and communication skills • Positive, energetic, and people-oriented mindset • Collaborative working style with flexibility and conflict resolution ability |
