仕事内容
As a bridge engineer/coordinator within our department, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication between clients and our engineering teams. You will act as a critical liaison, coordinating communication with relevant stakeholders and facilitating meetings to support the implementation and consultation of PLM systems in the manufacturing industry, including high-tech sectors. This role is essential to our mission of delivering end-to-end IT and IoT solutions, aiding clients in their digital transformation within engineering and manufacturing spheres.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that operations run smoothly in a fast-paced work environment, requiring the ability to support and organize coordination among surrounding teams. Leveraging your English language skills is crucial, as you will enable smooth interactions across linguistic and cultural boundaries. This position is particularly suited for individuals aspiring to build a career path that might advance into sales or project management roles, following your experience as a bridge engineer/coordinator.
The job demands high business-level English skills and native-level Japanese proficiency and calls for strong business communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Moreover, a collaborative spirit and openness to working closely with various stakeholders are essential. While experience in the high-tech industry is a plus, it is not mandatory.
