職務内容

This position helps us to engage customers in legacy modernization where many of our customers have Fujitsu MF running and they all have to exit by 2035.

【Career Path】

With the advent of new technologies and emergence of Gen-AI, many of the customers are looking for the legacy modernization. This role will help get exposure into that area for all the associates.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Strong understanding on the Fujitsu MF applications, technologies, AIM DB and migration solutions

To be able to perform the MF environment assessment, understand the technology stack and propose migration options

To be able to communicate and work with Japanese customers for assessments and solutions

To be able to work with MF conversion/migration tool vendors and define migration solution

Must be able to design or develop any required tools to expedite the legacy modernization consulting/execution projects

Must be able to guide the modernization teams on the approach and migration issues

Must be able to evaluate & suggest any kind of third-party tools related to legacy modernization work

Knowledge on leveraging AI for legacy modernization

登録資格

【必須スキル】

•Must have 10 to 20 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Fujitsu Mainframe applications development and migration

•Strong communication in Japanese and decent communication in English

•Fujitsu Mainframe applications, configurations, tools and integrations understanding (Fujitsu COBOL, AIM Online, AIM DB, VSAM, DID, FLD etc.)

•AIM DB understanding and migration experience

•Working knowledge on Conducting Assessment & Develop the Deliverables

•Should be able to use various internal/external tools to baseline the legacy inventory

•To be able to discuss with multiple conversion tool providers and evaluate the tool accuracy and fitment

•To be able to engage customers providing solutions, conduct assessments and recommend optimizations and migration options

•Good analytical, mainframe assessment skills

•Good knowledge in legacy modernization & tools usage

•Strong in analysis of AS-IS Legacy system irrespective of type of legacy technologies modules involved.

•Should be able to visualize and suggest to-be solutions for each legacy technology

•Should be able to arrive at estimation for ASIS legacy Solutions like Rewrite, Retire, Replace Etc., & also arrive at Roadmap

•Provide Thought Leadership & Solutions from Legacy Architecture Perspective as a part of consulting projects

•To have knowledge/experience in evaluating the products/ecosystem tools as part of the legacy modernization, identify the appropriate target replacement products by doing features/capabilities comparison, work with the concerned vendors for getting estimation

裁量労働手当：80,000円 *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合無し。

■勤務時間

9:00～18:00

（実働8時間・フレックスタイム制有、コアタイム10:00～16:00）
