【About Project】

You will play a key role in driving digital transformation projects, leveraging modern cloud and automation technologies to streamline development and deployment processes across enterprise systems.

【Role and responsibilities】

-Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams

-Conduct workshops and interviews with Japanese and English-speaking business users to gather and document workflow requirements

-Analyze and document business processes and workflows suitable for automation using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

-Translate business requirements into functional specifications and automation designs for Power Platform solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems.

-Demonstrate developed solutions, obtain business feedback, and optimize workflows for usability and efficiency.

-Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of workflow solutions.

-Understand the capabilities, features, and limitations of Power Platform to facilitate process automation and standardization.

-Ensure IT deliverables align with regulatory and compliance needs, especially for Japanese business environments.

-Manage requirements traceability and documentation throughout the automation project lifecycle.

-Support change management, create training materials, and deliver training sessions in both Japanese and English.

【Must】

1.JLPT N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers

2.5+ years of experience in Power platform & RPA implementation, configuration, and support

3.Experience designing and building solutions with Power Automate (flows, process automation)

4.Development of custom apps using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)

5.Integration and automation across Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, connectors, Power BI)

7.API integration and data transformation between systems

8.Understanding of security, governance, and lifecycle management in Power Platform

9.Troubleshooting, optimization, and support for automation solutions

10.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

【Nice to have】

1.Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management

2.Knowledge of distributed architecture, microservices, and Japanese insurance regulatory requirements.

月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定

裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し

残業手当：なし

■勤務時間

9:00～18:00
