【業務内容】

1. 保険業界の顧客に対し、最新テクノロジー（AI、クラウド、データ基盤等）を活用した業務変革・DX推進をリード。具体的には以下のようなテクノロジーによる変革を実現するサービスを実施

-レガシーモダナイゼーションによるITパフォーマンス向上

-データプラットフォーム、データガバナンスによるデータドリブン経営の導入

-AI導入による社内業務、カスタマエクスペリエンスの高度化

-他、グローバルレベルのテクノロジーを適用したシステム導入、ITアウトソーシング、等

1. Lead business transformation and DX for clients in the insurance industry by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data platforms. This role involves delivering services that enable transformation through:

-IT performance improvement via legacy modernization

-Implementation of data-driven management through data platforms and data governance

-Enhancement of internal operations and customer experience through AI adoption

You will be responsible for:

【Department introduction】

This department provides problem setting and solutioning support, as well as implementation support such as program management and change management, for clients who have not yet determined the issues and solutions for digital transformation. By applying best practices that TCS has developed through support in various industries around the world, we support technology-driven corporate transformation by providing solutions tailored to the unique circumstances and management issues of Japanese companies. Currently, we have about 60 people in Japan and India, and we support clients in various industries, divided into technology areas.

【Characteristics of TCS consulting services】

It is a "hybrid delivery model" in which a mixed team of Japanese and overseas staff is organized to carry out a project. TCS has approximately 600,000 professionals globally and has alliance relationships with major IT vendors around the world. In addition, the R&D department in India is independently researching the latest technologies such as AI, and has a network of industry-academia collaboration. Consulting based on such a wide range of global technical knowledge is one of our characteristics and strengths.

For hirings until grade C3A (equivalent to Manager), one will be assigned to various types of project under Shared Pool System in purpose to provide opportunity to develop general consultation skills. Please be mindful that assigning project(s) will not always be focused or matched to requested area and/or technology.

【要件】

1. 保険業界向けのITコンサルティングまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験

2. SIer、コンサルファーム、ITベンダ、保険会社いずれかでの実務経験

3. 顧客折衝・要件定義・提案書作成の経験

4. 日本語での高いコミュニケーション力（資料作成・意思決定支援）

1. Experience in IT consulting or project management for the insurance industry

2. Hands-on experience at one or more of the following: system integrators (SIers), consulting firms, IT vendors, or insurance companies

3. Strong experience in client engagement, requirements definition, and proposal creation

4. Excellent communication skills in Japanese, including documentation and decision-making support
