Project introduction:・ TCS provides application maintenance and support services for 200+ applications for Generate Insurance customer.

・ 200+ resources are currently enagaged from offshore and onsite locations for delivering the business projects and Japan Transformation programs.

・ Annually 60+ projects with contract value of 25M USD are being executed which covers Regulatory, Business Growth, Compliance, Technology upgrade and IT modernization programs

Position highlights: ・ Will enrich one industry experience by working with one of the large General Insurance customer with 200+ diversified application.

・ Managing larger team operating from local and Global locations

・ Can understand more on the services offered by TCS in Application development portfolio and Infrastructure support

・ Will have opportunity to get involved in IT modernization programs and also gain experience in application portfolio rationalization

Job responsibility: Portfolio / Program Controls Lead

1. Support program governance in compliance with customer policies, standards, and regulations. Assist in establishing program control frameworks and approval processes.

2. Maintain integrated program plans aligned with customer objectives and mandates. Track progress, budgets, and resource utilization against approved baselines.

3. Manage program level risks, issues, and dependencies with formal escalation protocols. Prepare structured reports for steering committees and other stakeholders.

4.Support inter team coordination and vendor alignment. Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and documentation requirements.

5.Facilitate transparent communication across employees and partners. Contribute to stable and accountable delivery of projects/programs.

1.Senior IT Manager with deep expertise in maintaining the General insurance applications PAS, Claims, Operations and DWH

2. Need to have understanding about project budgeting ,contract and other financial aspects.

3. To Govern and report the program status to key stakeholders
