仕事内容
We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead our digital transformation initiatives tailored for manufacturing clients, focusing on the next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. In this role, you will closely collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their business and engineering workflows. Your primary responsibility is to define and forge the future-state system architecture utilizing Siemens Teamcenter PLM and the Mendix low-code platform. This position requires client engagement and will involve significant collaboration with both Japan-based and global delivery teams.
Your work will primarily involve modernizing obsolete engineering and cost-management systems by migrating them to an advanced PLM platform. Key tasks include replacing legacy systems with Teamcenter-based solutions, leveraging Mendix for bespoke customizations and integrations, and ensuring high-quality outcomes through close cooperation with global teams. Emphasis is placed on maintaining minimal customization, achieving scalable architecture, and ensuring long-term maintainability.
As a Solution Architect, you will oversee the holistic technical and functional design of the solutions. Your key responsibilities include leading detailed requirement discussions, formulating To-Be architecture and associated data models, designing and reviewing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), and driving Proof of Concept (PoC) activities. Additionally, you will provide architectural guidance for customizing and integrating Teamcenter and Mendix, manage technical risks and change requests, and make critical design decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
