仕事内容
We aim to lead large-scale vendor consolidation and transformation programs to achieve sustained cost reduction annually. Our responsibilities include defining and executing a vendor consolidation and transformation strategy aligned with business goals to deliver measurable year-on-year cost savings through offshore optimization, automation, and productivity improvements. We will govern the transformation roadmap by setting clear milestones, tracking benefits, and maintaining financial accountability while ensuring service continuity, compliance, and risk mitigation.
In terms of customer engagement, we collaborate with stakeholders to assess current services, costs, and identify pain points. We lead early-stage program setups, including data analysis and baseline creation, and develop cost optimization proposals and business cases to align with executive priorities.
We are responsible for delivery leadership in both onsite and offshore settings. This involves designing and scaling efficient delivery models, overseeing end-to-end service delivery across vendors and internal teams, and driving seamless knowledge transitions and continuous productivity enhancements.
We establish robust SLA-driven governance across vendors, tracking KPIs, SLAs, and financial metrics via structured dashboards. We also lead issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and manage vendor performance, supporting contract consolidation and negotiations with procurement/legal teams.
From a people leadership perspective, we build and lead high-performing, cross-cultural teams, defining roles, skills, and capacity aligned with transformation goals. We foster a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and avenues for growth. Success will be measured by sustained cost reduction, improved SLA performance, streamlined vendor operations, enhanced delivery model productivity, and high customer satisfaction and executive trust.
