【ポジションについて】

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the implementation of an enterprise data utilization platform. The role leads the delivery team through build, code-freeze, and trial-release phases, translating architecture into a working system while maintaining engineering quality, reproducibility, and schedule discipline.

FDE delivery model: This is a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) role – the Technical Lead embeds with a client organization and leads a hands-on FDE pod that designs and ships end-to-end, with no separate project-manager layer. The candidate is expected to operate as a true FDE (Lv.2 and above) and lead others to do the same.

FDE = Forward Deployed Engineer: an engineer who embeds with the customer and owns delivery end-to-end (design → build → ship → improve), then templatizes reusable assets and hands scale to delivery teams. In this engagement, the embedded FDE pod achieved ~60% AI-generated code at Grade A, reduced bug-fix MTTR from days to under 4 hours, and operated without a separate project-manager layer. Architecture decisions (the ADR) remain human-owned and accountable while AI accelerates the build.

【職務内容】

- Lead the engineering team across the full delivery lifecycle: development kickoff, code-freeze, trial release, and production.

- Own the implementation of data ingestion, file extraction / search infrastructure, and rule / script-based cleansing pipelines.

- Translate solution architecture into detailed designs and concrete, executable engineering tasks.

- Drive integrations (cloud storage connectors, AWS services) and processing pipeline builds.

- Establish and enforce engineering standards: code review, testing, CI/CD, version control, release management.

- Align with the Solution Architect on scope boundaries (phase transitions, OCR / AI extension points).

- Mentor engineers, run technical reviews, and ensure delivery quality and reproducibility.

- Safeguard the accuracy of performance benchmarks and technical evidence gathered from PoCs.

- Lead RAD (Rapid Application Development) and spec-driven development workflows: deliver working prototypes through fast iterations while decomposing specs into testable units that guide both human and AI implementation.

- Operationalize AI-assisted coding by integrating AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) into the team workflow with review, test, and security guardrails.

- Contribute hands-on development, including Next.js / React frontend work, where the team needs additional depth or speed.

- Run the team as a Scrum-Master-style lead: facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; protect the team from scope churn.

FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) responsibilities:

- Lead and operate as a Forward Deployed Engineer pod: embed in the customer's workflows and own delivery end-to-end - design, build, ship, and iterate - with minimal hand-offs and no separate PM layer.

- Drive the FDE way of working (SDD + RAD): working prototypes on real data, fast iteration on user feedback rather than heavy upfront planning.

- Productize and templatize reusable engineering assets and AI methods (M1-M8) into the AI Skill Catalog; hand off repeat & scale to project teams.

- Operationalize AI-accelerated delivery (AI code generation, automated test generation, self-healing / agentic loops; bug-fix MTTR < 4 hours) while keeping human accountability for engineering quality and ADRs.

【Must】

- 7+ years of experience in software / data engineering, with 2+ years leading delivery teams.

- Strong hands-on skills in Python and data pipeline development.

- Production AWS experience (deployment, infrastructure, security best practices).

- Experience building integrations with enterprise APIs / storage platforms.

- Understanding of search (OpenSearch / Elasticsearch) and OCR / LLM processing pipelines.

- Proven delivery track record against fixed schedules (code-freeze / release milestones).

- Practical experience with RAD (Rapid Application Development) and spec-driven development: both fast iterative delivery and the ability to drive implementation, testing, and acceptance criteria from precise specifications.

- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in production delivery, including prompt / spec authoring and reviewing AI-generated code.

- Hands-on frontend development experience with Next.js / React (TypeScript).

- Scrum Master or equivalent agile facilitation experience leading sprint-based teams; CSM / PSM certification a plus.

- Business-level Japanese and English.

【Nice to have】

- Hands-on experience comparing rule-based and AI-based extraction approaches.

- Background in document management, construction tech, or large-scale file processing.

- Experience operating CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code at scale.
