仕事内容
In our Order Management Manager role, you will oversee the critical process of transforming signed contracts into revenue, ensuring each opportunity is accurate and complete. Reporting to our Director of Revenue Transformation, your responsibilities include daily management of order execution, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring readiness for month/quarter-end close in partnership with the Director. You'll act as the senior reviewer for contract-to-CRM validation, verifying all contract details before finalizing opportunities. You will be the face of order management in interactions with Sales, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Billing, and Revenue Accounting teams, and will work with Business Systems to streamline processes. As the point of escalation and a subject-matter expert, you'll manage order exceptions, revisions, and issues effectively. You will also play a pivotal role in process enhancement, maintaining robust documentation, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Your expertise should include at least 5 years in Order Management or related fields with a strong ability to lead by influence, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and handle process improvements. We value your ability to see the big picture and derive efficient solutions proactively, leveraging your experience in various environments, particularly within B2B SaaS or technology companies using Salesforce.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS or technology company leveraging Salesforce; ideally in a lead, or final-reviewer capacity where your sign-off carried weight. Comfortable leading through influence rather than authority. You've earned trust as the go-to person on a process, and you raise the people around you through clear perspectives, thoughtful feedback, and consistent standards. Exceptional attention to detail with a genuine commitment to data completeness, accuracy, and fidelity. You catch what others miss and understand why it matters downstream. Highly organized and process-driven. You bring structure, documentation, and a reliable operating cadence to the work around you, and others come to depend on you for it. Ability to see the big picture: you understand how your work ripples across the broader order-to-cash process and the teams downstream of it, and you surface process gaps, with a recommendation, before they become problems. - **望ましい経験**: Working in a public company or SOX-compliant environment with audit-ready controls and documentation.
