仕事内容

We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager focused on Fastly Security products to support strategic enterprise customers in North America. The role involves serving as the primary security advisor, fostering deep relationships with customer security, engineering, and leadership teams. Our goal is to provide tailored security recommendations to meet each customer's unique infrastructure, application architecture, and business requirements. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will collaborate with internal teams to address complex security issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Key tasks include designing security workshops, addressing customer escalations, and driving internal process improvements. You will also contribute to security programs and mentor junior team members, ensuring effective skill development and knowledge sharing. Proficiency in application and web security, understanding internet protocols, and experience in customer-facing technical roles are essential. A trusted advisor mindset and strong communication skills are crucial for engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Occasionally, travel will be required to engage with customers.

- 年収：$122,280〜$172,632

その他- **応募要件**: 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Sales Engineering, Support, or Professional Services) supporting enterprise customers, ideally in cloud, CDN, or application security environments. Strong expertise in application and web security, including WAFs, bot mitigation, DDoS protection, OWASP Top 10, and API security. Solid understanding of the internet and application fundamentals, including HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, BGP, and modern application architectures. Proven ability to move from reactive support to proactive security guidance, improving customer security posture and long-term outcomes. Trusted advisor mindset with strong customer empathy, capable of engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Go, or similar) to improve workflows and efficiency is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements.

- **望ましい経験**: Previous experience in CDN, security, web performance, cloud environments. Experience working with cloud-native and distributed systems, including containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and microservices. Proficiency with Configuration Management and IaC tools to automate security deployments. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
