仕事内容
As part of our team, you will lead the Japanese Business Unit (JBU) within Aon in Thailand, focusing on developing, managing, and expanding relationships with Japanese multinational corporations and Japanese-invested companies in Thailand and the surrounding region. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic client engagement and collaboration across borders, leveraging Aon's network in Japan and the Asia Pacific region to provide risk advisory solutions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing a business strategy for the Japanese Business Unit that aligns with regional and global client strategies, driving revenue growth within the Japanese client portfolio, and identifying new business opportunities from Japanese foreign direct investment (FDI) and expansion initiatives into Thailand. You will serve as the senior relationship leader for key Japanese clients, building trusted advisory relationships with executives, and ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
Additionally, you will be responsible for acquiring new Japanese corporate clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities across Aon’s solution lines. You'll also develop market penetration plans for targeted industries and use Aon's regional and global networks to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
Collaboration is central to this role, as you will coordinate with Aon Japan offices and regional leadership to deliver global insurance programs and multinational solutions, supporting inbound and outbound client opportunities. Furthermore, you will provide strategic guidance on risk management and insurance, oversee service delivery standards, and ensure operational excellence.
In terms of leadership, you'll lead and mentor JBU members, fostering a collaborative and client-centric culture while supporting talent development and engagement. Your financial management duties include developing business plans, monitoring revenue performance, and managing profitability and growth targets. Your strategic insight and leadership skills will ensure success in this multifaceted role.
