仕事内容
As part of our team, you will establish, develop, and nurture business relationships with existing and prospective customers within your designated territory or assigned accounts. Your role involves identifying customer pain points and desired outcomes to position Synopsys solutions as the optimal choice, supported by relevant metrics and proof points. You will conduct sales activities through face-to-face meetings and remote communications such as calls, emails, and video conferences. Additionally, you are responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive account plans that highlight opportunities for growth and value delivery. This includes researching and qualifying new prospects and expanding our reach within current accounts.
You will develop clear, effective proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs and business objectives. Coordination with marketing, technical, and legal teams will be necessary to ensure seamless sales experiences and solutions. You will also provide accurate sales forecasts and renewal revenue projections to management, participate in industry trade shows and conventions, and organize customer seminars to generate new business leads. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or a related field, or you should have over three years of successful technical sales experience. Fluency in Japanese and English, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel up to 50% are essential.
