仕事内容
We are seeking an engineer to work closely with our innovative customers in establishing MATLAB and Simulink as key platforms for radar and digital communication systems engineering. You will specialize in signal processing for phased array radars and beamforming systems, wireless standards such as 5G/6G, WLAN, satellite communications, and RF and analog-mixed signal circuitry. Additionally, you will explore AI’s application to radar and wireless communication systems and prototype designs on CPUs, DSPs, and FPGAs.
Your role involves collaborating with customers to understand their technical and business challenges, empowering them to achieve goals using MathWorks solutions. You will be instrumental in devising and implementing long-term adoption strategies for these solutions across organizations. Your technical expertise and communication skills will be essential in building successful partnerships and developing a shared vision for customer success.
Based in Tokyo, you will interact with prospective customers, generating enthusiasm for MathWorks tools spanning the entire workflow from algorithm exploration to deployment. You will lead technical engagements, demonstrate product capabilities, design proof of concept projects, and drive these initiatives forward.
Additionally, you will work with sales teams to support the successful adoption of MathWorks tools, build credibility with customers through industry expertise, and serve as a technical advisor. Your efforts will also include increasing the awareness of MathWorks' capabilities via marketing events like seminars and webinars, while advocating for product development based on user feedback.

Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in Japan. - **望ましい経験**: Experience with MATLAB and Simulink - Knowledge of RF systems and RF simulation tools - Knowledge of AI, deep learning, and machine learning, and strong desire to grow in this area - Experience in a relevant technical industry (e.g. Aerospace, Communication/Electronics, Semiconductors) - Experience with lab & test equipment - Customer facing experience |
