仕事内容
In this role, we aim to support compliance oversight across multiple Asian markets, focusing on investments in General Account and Private Markets. Our responsibilities include working alongside senior compliance colleagues to ensure a robust regulatory framework, maintaining adherence to evolving requirements in jurisdictions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. This position allows us to delve into cross-border regulatory matters, policy development, and engage with various stakeholders, which is pivotal in cultivating regional compliance expertise within a dynamic investment environment.
We provide compliance advice with guidance from senior team members to various business stakeholders in Asian markets, including those involved in General Account investment operations. Our task is to monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions like Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan, helping assess impacts and implementing necessary requirements. We contribute to the development, enhancement, and upkeep of compliance policies and procedures aligned with both regional and global standards.
Additionally, we support licensing processes and regulatory filings, notably in Japan, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. We are involved in compliance reviews of new investment opportunities, focusing on AML/CTF screenings and other regulatory considerations, and assist in scrutinizing legal and commercial documents from a compliance standpoint. Furthermore, we help prepare compliance reports and management information for senior management and relevant committees. Our participation in compliance program initiatives includes stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and a range of ad hoc projects, thereby strengthening the organizational compliance posture.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, investment operations, or within a financial regulator. Foundational knowledge of the investment industry, including public and private markets and real assets. Basic understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks, including Hong Kong SFC requirements, insurance regulations, and AML/CTF laws. Background in audit, law, compliance, or investment operations; relevant accounting, finance, or legal qualifications advantageous. Japanese: fluent, including business-level reading and writing. English: business proficiency, including the ability to communicate with regional stakeholders and prepare written materials. Good organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. - **望ましい経験**: Exposure to regional compliance across Asian jurisdictions. Experience supporting investment or insurance-related businesses. Familiarity with cross-border regulatory requirements. Interest in policy development and regulatory advisory work.
