仕事内容
Our role involves providing strategic recruiting services in partnership with lines of business and functional areas to ensure the visibility and quality of the company’s hiring process. We conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess candidates, ensuring that only top-quality talent is selected. Our responsibility includes coaching hiring managers on recruitment processes and techniques, and ensuring that they have the tools necessary for selecting the most qualified candidates. We actively keep abreast of recruitment trends and expand our professional network by participating in industry events and associations. Proactive sourcing of talent is another critical aspect of our role, where we build a talent pipeline for critical skill areas. We execute strategic sourcing plans to attract both active and passive candidates and utilize affinity groups to target recruitment efforts effectively. Internally, we market our recruitment services, emphasizing our expertise and the value we add. We also ensure that all staffing processes comply with relevant government regulations and participate in various projects as required. Additionally, we provide salary recommendations to hiring managers based on market data and foster a recruitment environment embracing diversity and inclusion.
