仕事内容
Our role involves leading the Organization Change Management efforts with a focus on defining and enhancing the change management framework. We establish standards, methodologies, templates, and governance structures for change initiatives to ensure a consistent application across all strategic efforts. As the primary advisors to executives and senior leaders, we assess organizational change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
We support various enterprise transformation programs, including the adoption of Product Operating Models, Continuous Delivery Frameworks (CDF), Agile and SAFe practices, and AI/Digital Transformations. Our task is to translate strategic objectives into actionable adoption plans and ensure these business changes are seamlessly integrated into daily operations.
We maintain oversight of the change portfolio, ensuring visibility into all major transformation and change initiatives. This includes assessing cumulative impacts and identifying change saturation risks, recommending prioritization and interventions to maximize business outcomes and employee buy-in.
We lead readiness assessments and develop adoption strategies, focusing on communication, stakeholder engagement, and capability development to ensure comprehensive preparedness for upcoming changes. Monitoring adoption metrics is key, and we recommend corrective actions when necessary.
We strengthen relationships with Executive Leadership Team members and facilitate alignment between business and technology stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor, we provide executive-level reporting on change health and transformation outcomes. Additionally, we collaborate with teams to ensure that change initiatives yield measurable business value aligned with strategic objectives.
Our role extends to building change management capabilities within the organization, coaching leaders on best practices, and developing learning programs and communities of practice. As team leaders, we also mentor other Change Management team members, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous improvement.

| その他 | - 応募要件: 10+ years in Change Management, Transformation, Strategy Execution, or Organizational Development. 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformations. Experience with executive leadership teams and cross-functional programs. Change Management methodologies, Agile/SAFe, Product Operating Model, OKR/KPI frameworks. Strategic thinking, influencing, executive presence, systems thinking, change leadership. - 望ましい経験: Insurance or Financial Services experience. Agile/SAFe transformation experience. Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, CCMP). |
