仕事内容
As a Strategic Account Director at SAS, we serve as the primary liaison and strategic advisor for one of SAS's priority customers within the Platinum Account program. Our role involves developing a multi-year strategic vision for the account, driving a coherent strategy that enhances customer value and ensures sustained revenue growth across SAS’s offerings in software, cloud solutions, and services. We engage directly with C-level executives and build multi-level trusted relationships, positioning SAS as a long-term partner in innovation.
Our responsibilities include orchestrating a matrixed account team comprising sales, consulting, post-sales, R&D, hosting, and executive sponsors to provide a seamless, customer-centric experience. We spearhead various projects and initiatives key to different business lines and lead engagements with both the customer and an extended account team. This role also involves maximizing new revenue opportunities by collaborating closely with consulting services and key alliance partners to elevate SAS’s strategic positioning.
Additionally, we work with the Account-Based Marketing team to execute customized marketing strategies that align with the customer’s vision. We handle high-risk issue escalations with a balanced approach, ensuring resolution aligns with both SAS and customer interests. Partnering closely with Customer Success, we proactively support the effective use of SAS solutions, identifying new use cases to accelerate value realization for the customer. Finally, we adhere to all security policies, supporting our organization’s secure software development objectives, all while embodying our core values of curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability in all endeavors.
