仕事内容
As part of our specialized SAS Cloud team, we manage the delivery of SAS solutions ensuring they grow with our customer's evolving business needs. We focus on championing the customer experience by effectively managing assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring they leverage SAS technologies and managed application services to meet business goals. Our role involves building detailed Customer Success Plans, quantifying benefits and outcomes associated with SAS software. We serve as connectors across cross-functional teams ensuring everyone is aligned and meeting customer needs. Strong, trust-based, long-lasting relationships are essential, and we work in partnership with the sales team to expand business, push for renewals, and identify growth opportunities.
Our accountability extends to managing diverse, complex portfolios of SAS solutions, which may require global collaboration outside standard business hours. We conduct regular service health checks, address urgent issues, and manage Service Level Agreements to ensure customers reach their desired outcomes. Expertise in ITIL processes aids in critical issue resolution, root cause analysis, and necessary corrective actions. Alongside managing customer budgets for profitability, we provide continual service improvement feedback regarding customer experience, product performance, and costs.
We emphasize a data-driven approach to identify and implement process improvements, ensure optimal hosting and application performance through monitoring activities, and provide clients with status updates on unresolved issues. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English is required, with a preference for candidates with foundational cloud knowledge or experience in banking, finance, or pharmaceutical sectors. Strong customer relationship skills and understanding of managed service delivery models across industries are favored.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Fluency in Japanese and business-level English. Bachelor's degree or technical certification(s) preferred but not required. Experience in a Customer supporting role. - **望ましい経験**: Foundational Cloud Knowledge (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc…) Banking, Finance, or pharmaceutical experience is a plus. Experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Problem Manager, Customer manager a plus. Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience in presenting to end users. Foundational understanding of managed service delivery models and applicable industry/verticals. Ability to influence, collaborate, and direct the work of other functional teams across organizational boundaries. |
